Kristen Davidson (nee Henry) is one of Canberra’s most recognisable and most successful media personalities.
She has hosted Canberra’s number one Breakfast show on MIX 106.3 for over 6 years, sharing the mic with her good friend Nige on “Kristen and Nige for Breakfast”.
An award-winning journalist by trade, you’ve probably read one of Kristen’s pieces for News.com.au, Mamamia and HerCanberra. Or, you’ve seen her reporting for WIN NEWS Canberra. You can’t miss that bright red hair.
Kristen has won three Australian Commercial Radio Awards; her most recent gong was for “Best Documentary” in 2018 for her work with cancer campaigner Connie Johnson.
To say she’s a busy lady is a bit of an understatement. Kristen is a game day host for Canberra’s Rugby League team The Raiders and Super Rugby team The Brumbies. She is a Canberra Racing Ambassador where she hosts Fashions on the Field, a Champion for the Domestic Violence Crisis Service and an Ambassador for the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation.
She loves fashion, baking and the Royal family. In fact, you might have seen Sunrise follow her to the UK for Harry and Meghan’s Wedding when she took a group of Canberra women? She ended up on Good Morning Britain and BBC World News? It was a thing.
You can keep up to date with Kristen’s shenanigans on her content site Channel K.* (link to channelk.com.au)
